As a participating Food Truck or Food Vendor, you will have an opportunity to serve approximately 2,000+ people on the Hampden Academy parking lot.
For the safety of the event attendees, all trucks/food tents must be in place ready to serve by 11 am Saturday, August 9th 2025 and should not leave the event until 4pm. Any food truck not in place by 10am will not be able to participate.
Food Truck or Food Vendor Space and Registration Fees:
- Food truck space is limited. Below, you will identify the amount of space you need. Please attach a description of food and a menu with your application.
Food vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, and tent (if you are not a food truck).
Each space will be chosen with care and placed based on timing of application approval.
Fees: Food Truck Fee: $200 due with application.
Space will be limited to 5 food trucks plus other amenity vendors. Payment of the fee will reserve your space.
